Nestled in a heavily wooded rocky ledge, this new construction multi-family project in Groton, CT, offers 195 units catering to the rising demand for housing in this thriving locale. Our design team leaned into the natural elements of this site with the stone, sand, and moss color palette, and tapped into the strong connection to the city’s Naval submarine base to create an industrial chic amenity space within.
